The project was quite large, encompassing the addition of a large media room, large bedroom with master bath, storage room and the expansion of the garage. In February of 2006, Keith Paffrath [the Construction Manager for Banner Solutions] started on our 4000 sq ft Territorial home construction project. Within the first 60 days of construction, Keith had a very solid foundation and slab built at a very reasonable price. I was extremely impressed with his ability to produce a great product utilizing such a short schedule. He took many opportunities to go over and above the basic code minimums to ensure a very solid, energy efficient home for minimal additional costs. I believe we were able to do this by utilizing Keith's knowledge of construction practices and his truly exceptional ability to bring all of the different subcontractors together.

The home was completed in December of 2006 both on time and on budget without a single failure occurring after our move-in. Keith's subcontractors all did a fantastic job at costs that were far below that of our original contractor bids. The Banner Solution's team was also very diligent about meeting the different building inspectors as much as possible to ensure the home was built properly and according to all local codes. I greatly look forward to working with Banner Solutions on more custom home projects.
